NO MAIL RECEIVED

I have sent an email to customer services as requested befroe, and was told there is no mail, i still havent received anything, and i have important mail expected, i hve been informed that it was sent, but still nothing, i was told that it would be better if i have registered mail then it would be traceable, does that mean if its ordinary mail then i jst wont find it and thats ok? its over a month since some of these letters were sent but still nothing.
