Registered Mail stuck at customs

I send registered mail with following track & trace record:
arrived JNB int'l mail centre *Incoming International* scanned 9.12.2013 @05h46
arrived JNB int'l mail centre *To Customs* scanned 11.12.2013@05h27
where it still is. Contains important documents Attorneys have to present to High Court in South Africa which is now becoming a serious problem.
Have send mail last week, no response.
Urgent attention will be appreciated.
