I called credit clear and explained that I know I am listed by Woolworths. I told Percy Masondo from credit clear that the woolworths account is paid up but I need my name cleared on ITC coz it's reflecting a default by Woolworths. He said I must pay R1598 to get this done by their lawyers, Life Power. I paid R1598 on 25July 2013 and when I called Life Power Attorneys today 13 Aug, a lady called Nthabiseng says they will not clear my name on ITC, all they did was to do a credit check on my name and yes they can confirm that I have a default by Woolworths which she says will stay on for two years and there's nothing they can do. I asked her why would I pay so much money for them to tell me what I already know? I paid the money to clear my name and Percy from credit clear guaranteed me it will be done between 2-10 weeks. Why is Credit clear giving people false information? I WANT A REFUND COZ I HAVE BEEN MISLED
