My parcel was send on the 22nd of January from Cape town and received at Witpos Hub on the 26 January. And that's where its found a home apparently. No one at customer care answers the calls or responds to emails. I needed that mail by today as my son's birthday party tomorrow. Its so freaken irritating, at least respond. I mean Witpos is in Johannesburg and Cresta around the corner, its registered post I mean really. Why do I pay to get my mail soonest and then just not receive it??
