My husband and I took both our cars in to the Panelbeaters on the 28th Jan 2013. They mentioned to our insurance that they will take about 5-10 days to repair the cars. I then called them on the 14 & 15th Feb to get an update on the cars because we have to return the courtesy cars. The man responsible for that promised to call me both times and never did. Today (18 Feb 2013) my husband went there personally to see what is happening with the cars and to his suprise they haven't even started with the cars.
What angers me is that they mentioned that it will take 5-10 days to repair and they promised to call me back for an update and didnt. Clearly they do not see the urgency of all this or maybe there is another issue besides tha *I dont know*
The courtesy cars have to be taken back and we will be left with no other transport to go to work.
This is really unacceptable
