the past two years i applied for finance for a TV and a local Game store and was told to first pay for TV licence
only to find out the application for a TV was declined
i raised the issue with the SABC attorneys and was informed the matter will be sorted out i keep recieving final notice letters that i have fees outstanding i called the attorneys and was informed by one of the SABC representatives that the account was activated at electric express (some store) i have never bought anything from that shop and have no accounts with any shop as i was unemployed for a long time (and my credit is bad due to my long wait of seeking a job and arears from my existing accounts bck then) i was told the issue was resolved only to find out when i went to buy a TV i was told I OWE MY TV LICENCE i now want to do the right thing and this is the i come across and told SABC they said i can try again, again and again this is and i was under the impression that they cauld Locate if i had a TV to begin with i dont even own a house or rent i live with parents i find their threats very irritable and want to escalate this matter to the media should nothing be done about this
