We tried to register a companies name through them, after payment to them we heard nothing from them for a few days. Then we receive a phone call from them telling us the paper work was not in order. However I went directly to CIPC website and was all registered in two days. Now when I ask them for refund they tell me if they can use the money for another registration because they do not give refunds.
