Failure to satisfy customer needs

I had registered my business with the above mentioned suppliers late June. Today it's the 23 of July for a registration that they said would take 10 days it's takin more than the days specified. An to add to much stress the staff barely knows their system because I had deposited the required amount late June by two weekends Laterms when I went to inquire I was told that their system has not picked up my payment. Then today I went again to Thier offices to b told the same story that I need to be patient coz the are delays.. if I had went to cipc on myself I think by now I would Havre my documents. Am not satisfied with Thierry services they don't seem to be rapid as they claim to be. Behave already made two enquiries a am still been told the same thing
