I took my Blackberry to Mobile Experts in Richards Bay for repairs. The phone came on but none of the buttons was working. Mobile Experts fixed it for me in an hours time and charged me R150. It last for a week then i got the same problem. I took it back to them on Monday 29/07/2013 and they keep it there till yesterday (1/08/2013) to test it and to see what cause the problem. I had to phone them everyday and asked them WHEN my phone will be ready. Yesterday i went there to fetch it. I didn't take my phones battery with and it cost me another R100. When i got home i put the battery in the phone. It wasn't even 2 hours later AND I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN!!! They didn't put back all the screws to keep the cover in place and they damaged my phone's screen on the right hand corner and the plastic strip in the back of the phone where you put the battery is loose!!
