My Husband and I paid Top Design R499 on the 20th of Aug to reserve and register a PTY limited. On their website they advertise 1- 5 days, 100% satisfaction guaranteed and their excellent service consultant will be with you every step of the way, frankly its all quite the opposite. Ferny Olifant who was very rude did not give us any feedback, we had to keep phoning her, and she would just say she has no date or answer as they are waiting for cipc, after about 4 weeks she still could not give us any date on which the pty would be registered and we decided to go with FNB as they also offer this service. My Husband got registered as a director of a PTY at FNB and a business account was opened within a week. After all a T/D manager Alex called my husband a week ago with the news that cipc has disqualified him as a director, Alex did not know the reason why (I had to send him the reasons why a person will be disqualified - none of which had any relevance to my Husband, also FNB could register him as a director with the same ID on cipc, maybe FNB just know what they are doing?) he was going to find out why, 3 emails and 10 days later still no response. I demand a refund -Incompetent!
