Please assist me as a consumer who's rights are being violated by these people, and who is now being ignored by them I have forwarded 7 e mail to resolve this matter with no reply.
As they are being regulated by the NCR. I have also complained to National Consumer Commission & National Credit Regulator as well as The Department of Trade and Industry.
The only thing I need is my details updated, and my questions answered.
I got my Credit report from experian, but none of my details are up to date. ( NOT EVEN MY NAME ... )
I am currently debt free as all my account have been paid in full and was closed by myself and intent on keeping it that way, but they are now violating me as an consumer, my credit rating is negatively influenced, and my good name is being taken to the cleaners. Becase of my details not being updated.
My Trans Union Credit report is flawless and 100% up to date, and I would like to compliment them on
