I applied for a home loan which fnb declined due to my Experian Credit Report. I sent them all the proof 50% of my account are paid in full and closed (Letters from the Lenders) but the lady advised me they can do nothing until it is updated on Experian Credit Report, which takes how long to update and i only have a few days left to get a home loan approval. Why is paid up and closed letters not good enough. I can afford the Home Loan Monthly instatlments as it is going to be about the same as my monthly rent which i have to pay anyway. Also my Credit Scoring says Very Good.
