Parcel Posted in July 2012 still not arrived

In July 2012 I purchased a signed framed poster of a well known rock band. This was to be a gift for my sister's birthday in August.
It shipped on the 24th July, Royal Mail tracking number RJ694423483GB
To date it has not arrived. No one knows its whereabouts. I communicated with a Benjamin Blignaut who didn't put any effort into trying to search for it at all.
It cost me nearly R800 to buy and post and I want to know where it is!!!
