Can someone from Avon kindly contact me?

I placed an order with an Avon representative on 08/12/2012. When the order was received by the representative it was short supplied. I couldnt get a clear answer from the representative as to the status of my order, so i phoned the call centre myself today. (As a customer, who has already paid upfront for my order, i would assume that i have the right to enquire as to the whereabouts of my goods) Are they not legally mine as i have already paid for them? I was told by Lebo that i have to wait for the representative to place another order in order for my goods to be released... huh? So, what happens if the representative doesn't place another order for the next 6 months? She then went on to say, "I don't mean to be rude, but this is not your account" Yes, she's right, it's not my account, but it's my money that paid for the goods that i ordered!!! I requested to be put through to a manager and was told that management was in a meeting, which i do uderstand. When i asked if i can leave my details to be contacted when they were out of the meeting, she told me that no one can call out. Managers at Avon South Africa don't have access to contact unhappy customers.
