Once a year I check my credit report with the three major credit bureau's in South Africa. I recently requested a full credit report from Experian and received it the same day. There were two small errors on it in that there were two employers listed that I have never worked for. It was efficiently resolved by me sending off a quick email to Ms. Debra Damon from Experian, who removed the error within one working day. I trust I will never have issues with an erroneous default and / or judgment, but should this ever be the unfortunate case, I trust Ms. Damon with her good attitude will be there to assist me!
