An aplication to upgrade power supply to 60 amps was logged and paid for on 24 April 2013. Upon application we were told the power will be upgraded withnin 21 days. 21 days passed and there power was not upgraded, I then called the call centre on 17 June 2013 and the Call centre agent Masonwabe Nomphandana was very helpfull in explaining the process and told me that the request has been forwarded to the relevant area to take the matter further, he therefore confirmed it will be done in 7 working days. Today the 2nd August I called the call centre again and spoke to Luvo Ngxiki who told me the matter will be resolved in 90 working days!! I requested to speak to a superviso to which Luvo put me on hold for 11 minutes and told me the supervisor is not available, needless to say he was not really keen in assisting me fix the provlem. I am really livid and frustrated about this, they have the money and will not give service to the public.
