Horrible Customer Service and Experience

I've phoned Strubensvalley branch inquiring about having repairs done to my oven. I left details and was told someone would call me back. No one did. A week later I phone the branch multiple times, different days, different times, more than once a day. I then went onto the website 3 weeks after my first call to the branch to leave them a message and have not heard anything at all. I see the vehicles driving around and advertisements. But I will never use any of their branches for any services again. I found another place that wanted my business
