Arrived late. Woman at the branch phoned and used foul language blaming a driver. Woman phoned back warning my wife that the repairman would be in a bad mood, again using foul language.
Repairman arrived without the necessary tools and was left at the side of the road for an hour. When the driver returned they still didn't have the correct tools and charged my wife a call out fee. I went to the branch to ask about their conduct and after asking the manager about their level of professionalism she canceled the entire job and asked me to leave. I asked for the owner's number and she told me that she is related to him and that he wouldn't care.
Absolutely appalled by this lack of professionalism and disgusting client service.
