If you call in the morning you being answered by answering machine stating their working hours specifically stating that they start at eight o clock however at at ten past eight you still find answering service.when do eventually get through and ask for sales they have two sales persons to service the whole country of which one is on leave which leaves one person to serve the whole country's inquiry's so you end up holding on for ever unable to make an inquiry.
