Not long after purchasing a new pair of Hi Tec's, I started experiencing trouble with the shoe. I wrote to the Hi Tec branch in Cape Town. They assisted me promptly with great attitude and promised to exchange my shoes from the nearest distributor in my area. In an era where customer service is severely lacking, this comes as a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Hi Tec representatives!!!
