Well, the service sells it self. Purchased a pair of Caterpillar Kaufman Black safety shoes for R1399, which by the way was not available in my size 10 anywhere in the country. 24 Hours Later I had some incompatibility with the shoes. Danny from the Pinetown branch was very helpful, had me come ordered a new pair in a bigger size, no questions asked. A week later and I had the shoes, their competitors all said lead time to be around 2 weeks to a month!
You can expect to to a little extra here, but for this kind of service its undoubtedly worth it.
