I came in to enquire about what the way forward was with a pair of sneakers that were faulty. After a couple of genuine and thorough questions I was offered to get a pair of sneakers to the value of the shoes I had or wait for the same pair that I had to be brought in from another branch.
They were very patient and assisted me in making the right decision in choosing the correct running shoe for my foot. Great team that they have there. Hats off to you ladies and gents.
