I recently received my bill from cell c to my shock it was over R1000, after confronting cell c about this matter it seems deductions are being made by due to a subscription by smartcall which i have not subscribed to, and when i have contacted smartcall via email i recieved a response from Chris Mphenyane stating i am not being billed i need this issue sorted out!
