A week ago I wrote a complaint on Hallo Peter about the poor quality of the new huggies gold for boys. I was very impressed with the quick feedback from their customer care line. They requested that I send 5 of the nappies back and they sent me three packs of samples, huggies dry comfort, 4 and size 5 new huggies gold. This is a nice gesture but it still does change the fact that I spent R320 on nappies that did not work!!! I tested the dry comfort as the woman request, but this nappy is even worst than the new gold. I use twice as much of the new nappies as I used of the old as they brake and leak.
That is were the feedback stopped as my sons nappies for school ran out and I had to buy a pack of the new gold size 5 but went to 8 different places but could not find any so I called the call centre on which the lady said she would find out where in my area I could find size 5. Needles to say I am still waiting and in the meantime I found some by going store to store.
I am very disappointed as I have been using huggies sins my sons birth and was always very happy but needles to say it looks like it is time to change brand.
This is poor and unacceptable.
