I have an MTN data contract and since April, I have been charged everyday for content charges which amounted to R700 in total and this month i was charged another R800 for content charges. I HAVE NOT SUBSCIBED TO SMARTCALL and when i reported the matter to MTN they sent out request to smartcall to cancel the subsciptions and till today it has not been cancelled.
Can you furnish me with the deatails of when and where that i had subscribed for it, CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND me of all the deductions you've made.
