I have never had a headache dealing with a bad supplier whom supposed to ensure I am serviced well at all levels
Here is my Problem with this company Weava Cell
They do not attend to their client's needs once your hooked then they forget about you: At first I ascertain this to bad individual service however I came to a conclusion it is the company as a whole. You call the entire day & nobody answers calls and when they do the person who is supposed to help you does not answer their call and takes you to voice mail. Dont bother leaving a message since you wont be attended as if you forcing to do business with weava.
My Biggest disappointment is this I have a cell phone contract with them which took forever to finally get one. Now that I have I simply called the agents there to change my banking details to another bank since my salary was not going to be paid to the previous account I have given.
This matter was not resolved regardless of constant follow up which led to the debit returning. Now that they changed it they say my account does not allow debits order. This I found out after calling the entire day just to find out why hasn't the debit gone through.
Disappointed!
