I asked for my statement to check if I owed them any money and then realised that the balance was a credit of R641. I then checked and found that I have paid for more than 24 months as per agreement. They have continued to debit my account for 2 more months with no consent! According to CPA Act this is not legal! I was supposed to have been notified that my contract term is coming to an end! Weava Cell did not inform me that I would have to terminate my contract in writing within 30 days. Please refund me my money within 24 hours or I will take this up with the NCR, because you're people of their hard earned money! No service no pay! I only signed a 24 months agreement and nothing else!
