I would like to know with madulammoho in Javbulani flats as they say they govenment subsidised and yet they charging they tenats for hot and cold water and not showing how much water was used, they charge them for using their toilets, R150.00 for parking whiles u stay in that complex are they saying u must park outside and yet they never show subsidy on the invoice.they advistise rental as R1700.00 with hidded cost works out to R2800.00 thats an extra R1000.00 o hidden cost this is a rip off on desparate people looking for a place to stay
