I bought a machine according to their published specs and by what the salesperson confirmed only to find the machine could not fulfil the specs published and then I lost my customer and the sale.
They are selling specialised machines but don't have the specialised knowledge to either market them professionally or provide back-up service for them.
Worst of all, they play the blame game and make the whole problem yours and refuse to refund your money or assume any responsibility for their un-ethical manner of doing business. There are 3 other unsuspecting people that I know of who have had the same experience and yet they still get away with this because once they got your money, you then are the one who has to incur more costs to get it back! The DTI need to get involved in this type of bad business.
