TRYING TO UPGRADE PHONE

I have been trying for over a week now to contact Weava Cell so that i can upgrade my cellphone. no-one answers the phone no matter what option you choose. i have also sent them a mail and peft a message on the ansering machine and yet np-opne has bothered ot get back to me. this is hsocking service. i am without a phone as my old phone is broken and no i cannot upgrade as no-one answers all returns my calls. you would think they would return my call as i am wanting to sign another 2 year contract with them!!! i wish i could go to another network but do not want to lose my number.
can someone from Waeva Cell please contact me TODAY so i can upgrade my phone!!!
