A big thumbs up to Terry-Lee and the PE team for replacing my shoes after I complained about a squeaky left shoe. Even though I did not have the receipt but only a date and place of purchase, the faulty pair was collected within a day from my home and replaced by a new set 2 days later. Thanks team - much appreciated!
