Waiting Too long for the Right Samsung. Cellphones

My 2 sons went to upgrade their contracts Last week Monday! Twice now the wrong phones where deliverd at outlet! They are with MTN, and Vodacom phones are ordered/delivered... Highly Frustrating!!!
