Wrong product delivered

A consultant called me to sell samsung phones which she said included R80 free airtime for both phones, free internet access, camera and radio. but upon delivery i discovered that the phones where wrong and i called and even emailed them to say they must please come get their phones but till today they havent but still deduct from my account. Please help me Peter because their phones are still in the package, i havent used them but they keep on debiting my account for nothing. i am still waiting for them to get their outdated phones and repay all my money please. ANGRY
