I went to Mtn in the longbeach mall to upgrade both my contracts as they had expired. I have ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy S4 mini smartphones and was told that they do not have any stock available in store as they are a small outlet. With which the consultant proceeded to tell me that the phones would take up to 4 days at most to get to them from Joberg. This was completely understandable and I accepted that 4 days was more that enough time. However it has now been more than 11 days and still no phones... not so much as a phone call to explain where they are. I have had to go in personally several times to find out what is happening and every time the consultant just says "sorry they haven't arrived yet..." which is absolutely ridiculous. where is my tracking number, my phone calls to explain and my phones... and most of all my customer service???
