After I saw that Jeep special on pregnancy magazine of jeep straller, car seat and and nappy bag. My husband sent an email to [Email Removed] Charlene responded to say that they are currently out of stock on the car seat but they will deliver the nappy bag and stroller emmediately then the car seat later. after payment was made Charlene now changed her story that the Combo will be delivered in 2 weeks time. Not a single call or email to update me on progress. Im the one who has to send emails and make calls to find out what is happening. Each time I call I will be brushed off bu stories of container delaying in Durban and bad weather. On the 25th November after I followed up via email Charlene said I will received the Combo today on the 26th. Gues what!!! Im not receiving the Combo today, Lisa called me to say I will received the Combo on Thusrday. which i know for sure I will not receive, there will definately be a story again on thursday. I regred doing bussiness with jeep baby. I will never recomend anyone to buy anything from them. There are plenty of stroller at baby city that i could have gotten for my baby stress free which I should have done. jeep baby is dodgy.
