Today I went to buy my baby's car seat and stroller from the retailer. I was welcomed by a very enthusiastic store assistant who took me through how to work the stroller and car seat and through the specs and advantages of the product. He gave a great demonstration as to how to buckle the car seat in and how to connect to the stroller etc. He then went on to offer to help with other items that I wanted to buy - he took me through different brands for the same product, providing me with information for the products so that I could make an informed decision. He was well informed about the products and was able to provide answers and even ease some of my anxiety about some of these items. I found this to be strange as he is a man (I apologise for sounding sexist) but I have not had such great service in a baby store, especially not from a male assistant who was friendly, happy to assist and well informed about the different products in the store. Great service Elias! Please keep it up - you have made ToysRUs Sandton my preferred supplier of baby goodies. Excellent service goes a long way!!!
