I went to usave in scottsville with my son in his pram and was told very rudely by the security guard that i cannot enter the shop with him in the pram and that i should leave it by the door. when i asked him if he will reimburse me if it is as this is a high crime area he said no, just leave it here by the door. i then asked him, in front of the two cashiers just sitting there looking at us if he knows it's impossible to carry a baby on the arm as well as groceries without damaging any of the goods in the process, he said "I don't care but you cannot come in with the pram". this was demeaning as i am not a to anything from a shop as i have money on me to purchase what i need. i then informed him that i will rather be going to another shop which his reply was "it's fine, then go". is this how you treat your customers which are actually the very people that pay your salaries? i feel disgusted that i was treated with so much disrespect, not even from a staff member, but the security guard??!! i will definitely not go there again as i have never experienced service like that from any of your other stores before. and all i needed to do was by food for my baby
