Im expecting a parcel from overseas. i did call the call centre and was given a domestic tracking number
rci271542708za. its nowat the witpos from sunday evening. i have called the customer care line 0860111502 over and over again - nobody picks up- i would like to know when will my parcel be available at my post office for collection. its very frustrating that our postal service in this country is so slow and unreliable and in this case unavailable aswell.please get back to me asap, i require that parcel very urgently and i need tracking numbers for other parcels aswell. until you dont pick up the phone i wont get them.
