I recently bought a home lite chainsaw from major, first unit broke down after the second start. Went back to major got a replacement. Two full days of cutting and the bar seized. To my surprise nobody stocks parts for home lite. Tried to contact the global support - no real assistance I get told to phone the UK office. I will never buy a home lite product again.
