I moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town and received qoutes for removal. A&B came in the lowest but after I read everything on Hellopeter I contacted the manager to discuss the horrified stories I read. She went ahead and said she will waive my excess for the insurance. Happily I went with them thinking they will take care of my goods as they will have to cover the cost. I was promised everything will be wrapped as it went into storage. Furniture arrived, some things weren't wrapped and was damaged, ALOT of items were broken and all that they say is that dents and scratches, glass and pot plants are excluded so they won't cover it. My Blu ray DVD player is also broken and they say that no mechanical faults will be covered. This is breach of my rights, why did I pay all that money for insurance and they just brush me off. I will now have to take legal action if they do not replace or fix everything they damaged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
