The company was employed to move my household goods from Gauteng to Cape Town. Numerous items with sentimental value broken and/or when packed by them. And then they have the cheek to say we have no proof that the items were there in the first place. Some items cannot be replaced in the same way some broken items cannot also be replaced. Some damaged items not even wrapped to prevent damage. Surely the customer is right. It is their liability insurance which should pay, not my indemnity insurance. Although some electronic items were buble wrapped, damaged by "heat" somehow and now a total loss. The attitude of all removal and trucking companies leave much to be desired. Take your money but it does not matter how they perform or even if they perform in any fashion at all. Total loss just under R16000.00 and they do not care!!! Was going to recommend them but now I will definitely not. Companies forget that word of mouth is the best advertisement, in the same way being badmouthed does the same.
