Quite honestly do not know why I am bothering, as it appears Kenwood does not bother to keep their customers happy.
I purchased a Kenwood KM020 from Dion-Wired in December 2012, and attempted to purchase 2 attachments on 26 June 2013 from Tafelberg. I was asked to pay, in advance when I placed the order. This appears to be standard practice, as no retailers carry the famed 24 attachments in stock. At the same time, I emailed Kenwood, complaining about the lack of service and support from the company. I was then out of the country, and when I returned on 12 July 2013, had still not received a response from Kenwood. I emailed them again, and finally got a response. I have been in contact with Chantelle in Johannesburg and Shaun from the distributors here in Cape Town. Shaun has informed me that they have the one attachment in stock, and the other is en route to them. I have still not received the attachments I have ordered and paid for!!

Bottom line is: The major selling point of a Kenwood is all the attachments that are available for the machine. What nobody tells you, is that getting hold of these attachments is next to impossible.
