Driver damaged my car and company avoids payment

One of the truck drivers from the above company bumped my car, The company owner gave me a number to call, promising that my car would be repaired. all of the sudden when I follow up on the case their staff pretended not to know what I was talking about. I called the owner and to my surprise he pretended as though he didn't know about the incident and I must not call him again.
