This company was tasked to move my house contents to their storage facility. I unfortunately had left the country at the time of removal and thus could not oversee the move. To my utmost horror, on my return two years later, I experienced the following:
1. the first delivery of my furniture was incomplete and I had to inform them that some stuff was missing
2. on the second delivery, I once again informed them that books, clothing, and furniture was missing
3. my oriental carpets had big bald patches as if it was attacked by rats
4. the frames of my paintings were chipped and one was broken
5. crockery as well as two easels were broken as well.
The worst was that the owner became quite aggressive when I complained. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY STUFF.
