I went into the post office to do an overnight delivery from Pietermaritzburg to Rustenburg on the 16th Jan 2013 the lady who helped me was named Gugu she told me that I was to late to do an overnight delivery as the mail leaves at 14:00 pm so I told her it's fine she can send the letter on the 17th Jan 2013 when I called the post in Rustenburg on the 18 th Jan the said they did not receive anything. I called Gugu to find out where my mail is she told me that she did not send the mail she forgot to send it to dispatch. After she helped me I saw her put the mail inside her draw and I thought to myself she will forget to send the letter, and I was right. The reason I sent the letter overnight was because it was a letter of demand which had a date and the person collecting the letter was suppose to recieve it on time and till to date the letter has not reached Rustenburg. Gugu told me she will refund me balance as it was not overnight now 3 days on Saturday when I went in to collect my refund she left early and I did tell her I was coming in.
