5 Months -No Delivery of mnadela Coin

I have purchased a mandela coin in July 2013 and was told delivery would take place sometime in Aug 2013. The delivery was not to my door as advertised but to my post office. I was not aware so it was returned to a Post office in Johannesburg. Dormerton Track No. PE610991805ZA

Now nobody is replying to my request for delivery.
