I can honestly say that in the 17 years that I am a member of the company, I have bought many products and services and my debit orders was always on time, and I received my products and Journals and services. When a person order something there is rules, as in any business. If you want your products, you must make sure Balltron has the correct address, or go and collect what ever you need at the local offices. It is possible that mistakes occur, but that can always be sorted out with the friendly helpful staff. Please do not hesitate to talk to the trained consultants or Manager.
