Having approached Southern Money through the internet, I acquired a cellphone contract from Weavacell.was told by Trudy van Zyl that the package comes with 2 top up sim cards. When one is finished, I can insert the other one and the number would still be the same.
The phone came with 2 sim cards, one of which didn't fit the phone. I called Weavacell and they told me to use the other card in another phone, which I didn't have. They then sent me another micro-sim that would fit. Having received the new sim, I later discovered that the sim had another phone number at which time I contacted Weavacell and was informed by Annelize Hall that no service provider will give me the same number on 2 sim cards.
I explained that this is what I was told, that I need to be contactable on my cellphone and it is unproffessional for me to have 2 numbers. I requested the recording where I was told that I could have 1 number on both cards, but conveniently, it doesn't exist.
I have contacted Trudy several times and she has not responded. I have asked Annelize to cancel my contract almost a week ago and I am still waiting for feedback.
Bad customer service all around!
