I WAS APPROACHED EARLIER IN JULY BY WINNIE WHO SAID THAT MY CONTRACT WAS DUE FOR A UP GRADE AND SHE SENT ME A LIST OF ALL THE AVAILABLE PACKAGES AS WELL AS THE NECESSARY FORMS, WHICH I COMPLETED AND SENT TO ANNELIZE HALL, WHO SAID IT SHOULD TAKE BETWEEN 3 AND 7 WORK DAYS. IT IS NOW DAY 6 AND I FORWARDED NUMEROUS EMAILS REGARDING THE PHONE TO WHICH I ONLY RECEIVED A REPLY THIS MORNING STATING THAT THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR STOCK. WHY COULD SHE HAVE NOT INFORMED ME EARLIER? WHY MUST I AS CONSUMER FOLLOW UP, WHEN THEY SHOULD BE CONTACTING ME. IF THEY HAD CONTACTED ME, I WOULD NOT BE POSTING THIS, BUT BECAUSE OF THIS, I CAN ONLY EXPECT MY PHONE SOMETIME NEXT WEEK. WHERE IS THE SERVICE??? THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD BAD SERVICE FROM WEAVACELL. ALTHOUGH, I MUST SAY, WINNIE THAT HELPED ME INITIALLY, HER SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT. I WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY PHONE, AS I AM NOW FED UP!!! I WANT A ANSWER TODAY...
