Deleting contract numbers

I've went today to pay my account and took R1000 with me because I didn't knew what the amount is. My first cellphone account was paid up every single month via EFT of R117.50. My second number that I received in June 2013 was done via telephonic conversation, I was not informed that the account will be linked as one and waited for the papers and invoice to be delivered to my residence as I didn't requested that the invoice for that number must be send via mms, I couldn't make a payment. I've spoke to consultants on previous occasions and asked them to remove my debit order as my phone is paid for via EFT every month.

When I spoke to the consultant at Menlyn Vodacare Centre today he informed me that both my lines were deleted and re-activation must be done. I'm really sorry but it's not my problem, I WILL NOT PAY A SENT MORE FOR ANYTHING. I'VE PAID FOR ACTIVATION AND FOR SIM CARDS ALREADY WHEN I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACTS AND IT'S NOT, DAMAGED ETC. Please sort out. I DEMAND NEW SIM CARDS AND FULLY ACTIVATED AND DELIVERED. NO REQUESTS WAS DONE FROM MYSELF AS THE CUSTOMER TO DELETE ANY SIM CARDS FROM THE NETWORK
